MIS Pricing And Warrantee

Networking, System Analysis and Onsite Tech Support

Current pricing for Networking, System Analysis and Onsite Tech Support is $90 per hour or portion thereof. As is the industry norm, Onsite Tech Support is priced "door-to-door", meaning we charge from the time we leave our office until the time we complete the project at your location. Services performed after normal business hours may incur additional charges or minimums, which will be explained prior to us coming to your location.

Pricing does not cover support for any third party software or telephone support. Any reinstallation or repeat visits due to user end situations will incur additional charges. 
   

Training

Tutorial pricing starts at $60 per hour or portion there of. Pricing may vary depending upon subject, instructor and location. Pricing does not include additional phone support. All tutorial based texts are copyrighted and may not be reproduced without written consent.
   

Telephone Support

Telephone support is available at the rate of $50 per hour or portion there of for any support call that is more than fifteen minutes in length.
   

Payment Information

All payments are due at time of service in the form of cash or business check. There will be an additional $20 fee for any returned checks. If you prefer to pay by credit card, please contact our office prior to service.
   

Warrantees and tech support on any installed hardware and software should be handled through the manufacturer of the product, unless otherwise specified at time of installation.
